Via Michael Tsai, Microsoft has redesigned their Office icons and will be rolling them out gradually to 365 subscribers.

These look good, but Outlook is still blue. It used to be yellow, and it would make more sense, from a user perspective, to be able to see the icon in a crowded dock by color and shape.
