- 20 grams of something good, burr ground (I use setting 4) [^use a digiscale, too]
- AeroPress coffee maker, inverted method
- Steep in 40-50 grams of hot water, off the boil, for 30 seconds, timed with a Shortcut on my iPhone
- Top up to 220 grams of water, then press
- Add 10-20 grams more hot water if it’s too strong for your taste
