1000 Kettlebell Swings

I mentioned doing 100 kettlebell swings two weeks ago in Sunday Serial (“Starting Over”). I’ve done 100 every day since August 31st (except for yesterday), and probably won’t today because I’ll do skwats and the bench press. I can squeeze them in after a 20- or 30-minute row, four sets of 25 usually, and so far, so good.
